对消防火灾报警控制器进行自检功能检查。

公共场所烟感器、温感器安装检查，与底座接触是否良好，外观是否洁净完好。

每次随机抽取不低于5%的烟感或温感，喷烟或加热后查视报警是否正确；

手动报警按钮，检查安装是否牢固，有无破损及丢失。

每次随机抽取不低于5%的手动报警按钮，进行模拟报警，测试报警功能是否正常。

对楼层内各模块箱进行外观检查，外接线是否固定良好。

对联动控制柜上的按钮每次按10%的比例进行功能试验，控制功能正常。

对火灾报警控制柜、联动控制柜等进行清扫除尘。线路松动，应进行紧固。对自检、消音、复位功能检查，主电源与备用电源切换、报警检查。

风机及防火阀
Fans and fire dampers
断开主电源，挂上标示牌，检查电机接地是否良好。

坚固各部分松动的螺丝及联轴器。
Firm each part of the loose screws and couplings.
检测电动机的绝缘电阻，检查主回路接触点。
Check the insulation resistance of the motor and check the contact point of the main circuit.
调整皮带松紧，手转皮带轮，观察转动是否良好。
Adjust the belt tightness, hand turn pulley, observe whether the rotation is good.
检查与更换各接合面间的垫片和密封填料。

清洁电机及风滤器和机壳内部。
Clean the motor and the air filter and the inside of the housing.
向转动部位加润滑油，保证联轴器及轴承的灵活性及稳定性。

检查调节阀的机械开闭动作，开闭角度标志。
Check the mechanical valve opening and closing action, open and close angle sign.
手动开机测定三相电流值，检查指示灯电压、电流表，听查风机各部件运行声音。
Manual startup to measure the three-phase current value, check the indicator voltage and ammeter, and listen to the sound of each component of the fan.
对各遥控点的控制箱（含箱内元件）进行全面检查。
Conduct a thorough inspection of the control box (including components in the cabinet) of each remote control point.
连续三次停开机检查手动各点遥控的正确性、可靠性。
Check the correctness and reliability of manual remote control for three times.
连续运转5-7分钟验证风机运转正常。
Run continuously for 5-7 minutes to verify the normal operation of the fan.
检查各控制箱内的电器触点及各接线端子，如有烧损想象，拆下后用砂纸打磨，用螺丝刀逐个紧固各接线端子，端子无松动。
Check the electrical contacts and terminals of each control box. If there is a burn, imagine to use the sand paper after the disassembly, and fasten the terminal blocks one by one. The terminal is not loose.
检查排烟阀微动开关及内部接线端子，端子无松动，微动开关固定良好。
Check the exhaust valve, microswitch and the internal wiring terminal, the terminal is not loose, the micro switch is fixed well.
检查远控排烟阀复位按钮、导轮、钢丝、转轴，用油壶给导轮、钢丝、转轴加油，复位按钮控制无误、排烟阀开启灵活。
Check the remote smoke valve reset button, guide wheel, steel wire, shaft, used to guide wire, shaft, oil gas, the reset button control error free, open and flexible exhaust valve.
检查各送风口百叶窗，送风口百叶位置正确。

应急照明及疏散指示灯
Emergency lighting and evacuation light
每3个月进行一次备用电池亮灯（半个小时），使电池放电后再充电，延长电池寿命；

检查出口指示灯玻璃面板有无划伤或破裂现象；

检查出口指示灯安装是否牢固；

针对检查中发现的缺陷取下来进行修复，再装回原位；

灯箱外壳及面板擦抹干净。

灭火器
Fire Extinguisher
灭火器应设置在通风、干燥、清洁的地点，不得受到烈日的曝晒，不得接近热源或受剧烈振动。
Fire extinguishers shall be installed in ventilated, dry, clean places, shall not be exposed to the hot sun, and shall not be near the heat source or subjected to severe vibration.
灭火器悬挂地点的环境温度为-10℃~55℃。
The ambient temperature of the fire extinguisher hanging place is -10 DEG C, ~55 DEG C.
灭火器设置地点应位置明显，便于取用，并且不影响安全疏散，推车式灭火器与其保护对象之间的通道应畅通无阻。
The setting place of the fire extinguisher is obvious, convenient for taking, and does not affect safe evacuation, and the passageway between the pusher type extinguisher and the object to be protected shall be unimpeded.
对灭火器要经常进行检查，检查内容为：
Fire extinguishers should be inspected regularly:
①喷筒是否畅通（如堵塞要及时疏通）；
Whether the spray drum is unblocked (such as blocking should be clear in time);
②压力表指针是否在绿色区域（如在红色区域要检查原因，检查后要重新灌装）；
Whether the pressure indicator is in the green area (for example, in red area, the reason should be checked and refilled after examination);
③零部件是否完整（有无松动、变形、锈蚀、损坏）；
Whether the parts are complete (whether it is loose, deformed, rusted or damaged);
④可见部位防腐层是否完好（轻度脱落要及时补好，明显腐蚀应送专业部门维修及进行耐压试验）；
Can be seen whether the site anti-corrosion layer is good (slight shedding should be promptly repaired, obviously corrosion, should be sent to professional departments for maintenance and pressure test);
⑤铅封是否完好（一经开放，必须按规定再行充装，并作密封试验，重新铅封）。

按时进行定期检查、保养：每一季度检查一次喷嘴和喷射管有否堵塞、腐蚀损坏，刚性连接式喷筒是否能将其轴线回转，并可在任意位置停留，推车式灭火器的行车机构是否灵活，有否检验标志。检查完后在灭火器检查卡上签字。

室内消火栓
Indoor hydrant
消火栓外检查：检查消火栓门关闭是否良好，锁、玻璃有无损坏，消火栓门封条是否完好；
Fire hydrant outside inspection: check fire hydrant door closed is good, lock, glass damage, fire hydrant door seal is intact;
随机抽取消火消火栓总数的10%测试，按消火栓报警按钮，消防中心应有正确的报警显示，检查箱内元件是否良好、有无脱落，消火栓内水龙头有无渗漏；

开消火栓门取出水带，仔细检查有无破损，如有应即修补或替换；检查有无发黑发霉，如有，应取出刷净、晾干；

用专用消火栓扳手打开室外消火栓，要求阀门启闭灵活，不漏水。

自动喷淋系统
Sprinkler system
每季度检查一次各楼层喷淋末端压力表指示，按10%比例测试信号阀关闭信号指示，按30%进行放水试验，消防中心有信号显示。

每季度对湿式报警阀、雨淋阀进行放水试验，能启动喷淋泵、雨淋泵或水喷雾泵，水力警铃响亮。

检查固定电话、插孔与主机的通话质量，要求音质清楚，无杂音。

联动控制柜

控制柜上电源指示灯及各类开关检查，要求电源指示正常，开关处于开启或自动状态。

控制柜内部各电器触点检查，如有烧损，拆下后用砂纸打磨，要求触点完好、无松动。

检查各电器元件接线端子及端子排端子，用螺丝刀逐个紧固，各端子连接牢固、无烧损。

检查电源线、信号线，如有破损，用绝缘胶布包扎，如有老化更换。

气体控制箱进行模拟试验，报警、联动控制正常。
