消防设备维护保养方法及要点
一、火灾自动报警系统
I. automatic fire alarm system
对消防火灾报警控制器进行自检功能检查：
Self-check function of fire alarm controller:
对可测量相关参数进行查看和记录，如回路电流等；

公共场所烟感器、温感器安装检查，与底座接触是否良好，外观是否洁净完好；

二、风机及防火阀

断开主电源，挂上标示牌，检查电机接地是否良好。

四、灭火器

对灭火器要经常进行检查，检查内容为：

五、室内消火栓

消火栓外检查：检查消火栓门关闭是否良好，锁、玻璃有无损坏，消火栓门封条是否完好；

每年检查一次机械部分，包括齿轮、锋条，如锈蚀用煤油清洗，然后加润滑油保护。

九、紧急事故广播
