一、目的

1. Purpose

规范消防器材管理工作，确保消防器材性能完好，齐全好用。

Standardize the management of fire-fighting equipment, ensure the performance of fire-fighting equipment is intact, complete and easy to use.

二、适用范围

适用于物业管理公司辖区内各类消防器材的管理。

三、职责

1、安全消防部部长负责消防器材管理的监督、检查工作。

2、消防主任具体负责消防器材的管理。

四、程序要点

Four. Key points of procedure

1、登记入库

1. Registration and warehousing

（1）从采购领回的消防器材应先进行检验。检验器材的性能、规格、数量、使用日期、使用范围等是否符合公安部消防局的有关标准，验证数量和用途是否和申购单上的数据相吻合，凡不符合标准的一律退回采购。

2、领用与归还

（1）临时领用的消防器材须经消防主任登记确认后，方可领出，用完后及时归还。

（2）平时用的训练器材由消防主任领出。训练完后统一送还仓库保管。

（3）配置在消防控制中心的消防器材必须经当值监控员签字确认，并进行班次登记移交。

（5）工程部、环维部或其他部门需借用消防器材时，须经部长、经理同意，将破旧修复的器材借给对方使用，归还时应将器材洗净晾干，由消防主任签收后人库保管，消防员填写《消防器材借用登记表》。

3、使用与维护

（1）战斗服、头盔、战斗靴：

②战斗服应刷洗干净，晾干后折叠放置于货架上；

④战斗靴不能用作便靴；

⑤应将战斗服、战斗靴、头盔、安全带按照着装训练时准备器材的要领统一放置，便于快速接警出动时使用。

（2）水带、水枪：

①水带（含接口）和水枪应合理配置于辖区楼层的消防栓（箱）内；

⑤平时训练用水带（水枪）时，收卷水带应小心轻放，防止水带接口、水枪震动甩打破损；

⑥注意防潮、防震、防腐蚀、防霉和腐烂、破损、生锈，水带、水枪应置于通风干燥的地方。

（3）消防斧及消防腰斧：

（5）室外消防栓

①室外消防栓是连接市政供水的管网系统，应每月逐个出水试验；

②消除阀塞启闭杆端部周围的杂物，将消防专用扳手套于杆头，检查是否合适，转动启闭杆，加注润滑油；

③用油纱头擦洗出水口螺纹上的锈渍，检查闷盖内胶垫圈是否完好；

④打开消防栓，检查供水情况，在放净锈水后再关闭，并观察有无漏水现象；

(4) Open the fire hydrant, check the water supply, and then close after putting the rust water, and observe whether there is leakage;

⑤外表油漆剥落及时修补；

The exterior paint is spalling off and repaired in time.

⑥消除消防栓附近的障碍物，3米内不准堆放任何物品。

Eliminate obstacles near fire hydrants and do not stack anything within 3 meters.

（6）灭火器（“ABC”干粉来火器）：

①高层和超高层楼均配备有手提式 “ABC”干粉灭火器，电房、机房内均配备有推车式 “ABC”干粉灭火器；

②灭火器应置于通风、干燥、清洁的地点，不受烈日的暴晒，不接触热源或剧烈振动。悬挂地点环境适宜温度为10℃－55℃；

③压力表指针是否在绿色区域 （如在红色区域要检查原因，发现重量减轻10％，检查后要及时灌装）；

④铅封是否完好（一经开放，须按规定再充装，并作密封试验，重新铅封）

4、器材保管

（1）消防管理中心班长应做好消防器材的统一保管，在其主管的领导下建立消防器材台账。
