消防联动系统（含防排烟系统）维护
Maintenance of fire fighting linkage system (including smoke control and exhaust system)
1.检查试验消防正压送风机（排烟风机）及正压送风阀（排烟阀）的联动功能是否正常；
1. Check whether the linkage function of positive pressure air supply fan (smoke exhaust fan) and positive pressure air supply valve (smoke exhaust valve) is normal.
2.测试空调通风系统、排风系统的防火阀功能及联动讯号功能是否正常；
2. Testing the function of fire valve and linkage signal of air-conditioning ventilation system and exhaust system.
3.测试消防电梯的人工迫降的信号功能是否正常；
3. test whether the signal function of the fire elevator's artificial landing is normal.
4.测试非消防电梯迫降首层的信号和联锁信号功能是否正常；
4. test whether the signal and interlocking signal function of the first floor of the non fire lift is normal.
5.测试以上各联动机构消防中心相应控制屏的讯号是否正常；

6.测试楼层非消防电源自动切断功能是否正常；

7.检查试验联动警铃的功能是否正常；

8.检查试验联动广播的功能是否正常；
8. Check whether the function of test-linked broadcasting is normal.
9.测试正压送风机（排烟风机）现场和远程启停控制功能是否正常；
9. Testing whether the on-site and remote start-stop control functions of positive pressure air supply fans (smoke exhaust fans) are normal;
10.定期对正压送风机（排烟风机）、正压送风阀（排烟阀）进行保养，对转动部位加润滑油并调整风机皮带松紧度等
10. Maintain positive pressure air supply fan (smoke exhaust fan) and positive pressure air supply valve (smoke exhaust valve) regularly, add lubricant to rotating part and adjust belt tightness of fan, etc.
